Friends don't let friends do crazy s*** like this to lose inches! This seems like self inflicted torture, and all just to lose water weight.
See this photo to the left? I met a woman who did this exact treatment. She said she was slathered with some mineral oil then wrapped from head to toe. Then she wore some other stuff to encourage sweating. She then had to run on a treadmill for an hour. She said she was exhausted and felt nasty as she could feel all her sweat dripping down and catching at her ankles. Ewww. Why go through all that torture to lose water weight that'll bounce right back as soon as you quench your thirst?!
I don't know about you, but as a busy mom who works full time and runs a motorcycle club, and still wants time with her family and friends, when I want to treat myself to something, I wanna feel like I'm being pampered and I want to be able to relax!
Wrapping with me can be done safely in your home, you don't need someone to help wrap you, and if you really want to do house chores or go out with your wraps on, you can. It's convenient, can be done in the privacy of your home, not at all strenuous, and it's affordable! On top of that, you're not just losing water weight. You're releasing toxins and flushing them out which encourages longer term inch loss. Drinking plenty of water is encouraged!
I don't know about you but it makes sense to me to choose my crazy wraps over wrapping at a spa. What do you think?
I'm a total sucker for As Seen On TV gizmos and gadgets. The ASOT item that caught my eye is the SNACKEEZ! all-in-one go anywhere snack-as-you-go cup. Now it seems gimmicky and unnecessary, but this is actually a quite convenient. I decided to put it to the test and it saved me from having to carry snack bags and Tupperware along with my water bottle. The reason this gadget really caught my eye is because I saw this as the perfect companion to carrying my ProFit powder, Greens powder along with my almond milk! The lid is very secure. I shook the cup and turned it upside down. The powder stayed inside the designated snack compartment. What I noticed that pouring gets a little tricky and you need to mix well. Otherwise, it may be a great addition to your fitness lifestyle. This is also ideal for children, which appears to be catered to. What do you think? Is it practical or a gimmick?
