I learned from one of my favorite fitness gurus this fantastic tip to burning more fat without over exerting yourself or spending hours at the gym! It's called the Fat Burn Walk. How do you do it? Easy! You walk for 45 minutes at a brisk pace at low intensity first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This is an optional time to do it, but most optimum because this is when your insulin and blood sugar levels are lowest from fasting overnight. Walking on an empty stomach ensures you're burning fat and not food in your stomach.

Extra Tip For Fat Burning
Before your FBW in the morning, have a glass of water with squeezed lemon juice. This helps to jump your metabolism and have that working together with your fat stores to burn unwanted weight.
I have heard both sides of warm/hot water versus cold water. I know that warm water is great for your digestion and for helping you absorb the lemon better. I personally like cold water as I prefer the temperature and it helps burn a few extra calories. It may be minuscule, but every little bit helps, right?
Anyway, it's good to be drinking water with lemon any way you like it than not drinking it at all!
