  • Drink lots of water. The wrap doesn't just eliminate water weight. It is effectively attacking the toxins in your body, so you need to drink tons of water to flush them out. We recommend drinking half of your water weight (in pounds) in fluid ounces of water daily.
  • Eat well. Don't binge on fatty foods and alcohol. Make smarter selections and eat smaller portions.
  • Exercise regularly. Exercise improves your physical and mental health!
  • Get lots of sleep. Sleep helps regenerate the body and helps you keep a clear and sharp mind.
